1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, water packets).
Medical supplies (e.g., first aid kits, masks) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to expedite your request. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method.
